Divergence Academy offers opportunities for employers to network with our learners in unique and easy ways. Our goal is to create as many meaningful connections as possible, so that we can ease our alumni's career transition and support employers by broadening their reach. Below are ways that you can get involved.
- Host an Industry Day Lunch & Learn: We welcome every industry expert like yourself to speak at our Industry Day Lunch & Learns that occur every Friday at 12pm central. Please let our Placement Specialist know what works best, and she will send an invite with a Microsoft Teams link.
- Get involved in our Virtual Career Fairs: Our first fair was a success, and we are looking to continue the tradition every quarter. Our next VCF will be on April 28, 2022. Please visit the Virtual Career Fairs page for more information.
- Help our students by performing mock interviews: Many of our students are currently training to become expert interviewers. Some used funding from the Veteran's Association that requires them to receive one interview before their graduation with Divergence Academy. We would be very excited to have you as a part of our mock interview team! Our Placement Specialist can tell you more about this.
- Follow Divergence Academy on LinkedIn and YouTube: Divergence Academy frequently posts flyers, announcements, and awards on LinkedIn to keep learners and employers engaged. Our YouTube houses graduate success stories that provide insight into the several avenues where our alumni can be victorious.
